I have been working as a consultant for Dr. Fried & Partner since 2016. I especially appreciate the interesting nature of the work, the variety of projects and topics, being responsible for myself, and the steep learning curve. When assigning topics, our personal interests and abilities are taken into account whenever possible, and in general the working day is very diverse. The focus is on partnership-based cooperation – both with each other and with customers. What really sets Dr. Fried & Partner apart is the close cooperation and the pleasant atmosphere in the team. Despite the atmosphere of concentration, we laugh a lot and talk to each other, and we can all rely on the support of our teammates to solve day-to-day challenges. Joint business trips and lunch breaks contribute to this team-building, as well as other activities such as visits to the Oktoberfest, Christmas parties and private after-work activities. Especially at the latter, former employees are often present too, which makes us really happy.

In 2016, I changed from a tourism IT provider to Dr. Fried & Partner. From the beginning I was able to apply my experiences well, but I learned more and more every day. The projects, topics and customers are very varied. I like that you have to think of a whole new world for each project - which of course is challenging. After 2 years I was offered the position as Senior Consultant. Highly positive is for me the team, the independent work, the central location of the office and the joint events - whether for further education or just for a after work evening.

In autumn 2019, after completing my Master's degree, I started as a consultant at the management consultancy Dr Fried & Partner. The small team offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional development. Even after a short time, I was able to take on responsibility for sub-projects. What I particularly appreciate about my daily work is the variety of our projects and clients - from small medium-sized companies to global enterprises. I would also like to highlight the cooperative partnership with managers and colleagues. The good team atmosphere is also promoted by regular team events, such as after-work, hut weekends or summer parties. Another advantage is the central location in the heart of Munich; when visiting customers, the main railway station can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot.

Since February 2022, after almost 30 years in the tourism industry, I joined the team of Dr. Fried & Partner as a Senior Advisor. What makes Dr. Fried & Partner stand out is, working in a highly efficient and young team with excellent skills. Varied tasks from all areas of tourism but also from other industries offer plenty of room to contribute. Working independently in a team is a matter of course here. The close exchange within the team promotes learning from each other. The latest working methods and equipment are available to the staff. Remote working has long been common practice. Top modern office facilities are just as much a part of the daily routine here as the joint lunch break with the entire team in the canteen. Team events such as a summer party in the managers' garden show that a certain family atmosphere is not just an empty phrase. Short decision-making channels are underlined by a clear team culture of "open doors". If decision support is needed, the team and the managing directors are always available. The location of the office in Munich deserves special mention. The bright and modern offices are located only a few hundred metres from Munich's main railway station, thus in a prime central location. In addition, it is only a few hundred metres away from the "Theresienwiese" and within walking distance of the city centre - which also offers plenty of opportunity for nice after-work events.
