Public Clients and Associations
Local, federal and state governments face immense challenges
Digitization, demographic and societal change, shortages of skilled workers and budgetary pressures pose major challenges for public institutions and associations – but to completely different degrees depending on economic and sociocultural factors. Despite different challenges, efficiency, quality and proximity to citizens are expected of all government services. Against this background, it is necessary to rethink one’s own processes and structures and to further professionalize activities in the various areas of responsibility in order to ensure future-oriented, efficient organization and task fulfillment as well as strong representation of interests.
