At Dr. Fried & Partner, we lay great emphasis on data- and fact-based work. This includes, on the one hand, the collection and analysis of market data and, on the other hand, the analysis and evaluation of all relevant information to determine the performance of one or more business units.
For this purpose, Dr. Fried & Partner carries out both primary surveys and secondary analyses. To capture direct data, for example, we complete mystery analyses, computer-aided telephone interviews (CATI for short) and/or online surveys. With regards to indirect data, we receive relevant market and/or customer insights via benchmark studies and by evaluating data evaluating data from a variety of other sources. Our analytics methods provide us with increasingly detailed information about target groups and market developments, right down to the micro level.
