The current situation poses unprecedented challenges, especially for the travel industry. Tour operators and distribution companies not only have to cope with revenue losses of up to 100%, but also have to make repayments that affect all links of the tourism value chain. In order to be able to provide professional advice in this situation despite liquidity difficulties, the BAFA has adapted the framework conditions for promoting entrepreneurial know-how. Projects for affected tour operators or travel agencies can be 100% subsidised with up to 4000,- Euro (excl. VAT).

Procedure of the consultation:

In a first non-binding telephone call you explain your concrete difficulties and we give you a rough estimate of what we should focus on in your individual case. After application to the BAFA, a so-called “Inaussichtstellung” of the grant will follow. As soon as this is granted, our joint project can start.

Lighting Business model and organisational structure
Evaluation of production and sales approach

Possible focusing:

Financial focus: crisis management through liquidity check and possible funding opportunities
Strategic focus: strategic business alignment and reorganization
Digital focus: Recommendations for action on existing IT systems and website

The consulting service for the subsidized 4000,- Euro includes the basic check and a focus service for small and medium sized organizers as well as individual offices with up to 10 employees and is completed in the form of a Power Point consulting report with 10-15 pages of content.

We would be happy to advise you in more detail and to provide you with an individual offer, of which you only have to pay the difference to the subsidized 4000,- Euro.
